LX and ID tool: how adults learn

Whether you are creating an app to coach people on new behaviours, explaining something new to a client, educating people about inclusion or designing any course, it's important to understand how adults learn. The Malcolm Knowles Adragogy or Adult Learning theory is a decent framework to use to sense check whether you have adequately understood the motivations and needs of your audience, because you wanting people to know something is not the same as them being open to learning it.
