Speaking at the UX In Higher Education conference about how to use service design thinking

On the 30th of August I spoke at the UX in Higher Education conference in Melbourne. My topic was 'Service Ecosystems And The Role of UX', looking at how UX designers can approach the design of higher education experiences as service designers. As university audiences and systems are extremely diverse and intrinsically interlinked, using a service design approach is a way for universities to ensure they balance everyone's needs.

I also spoke about converting journey maps into service blueprints because great experience design is informed by
evidence-based context; the more context we have about all influencers of the experience, the better the decisions we can make for our audiences.
