MicroMasters in Instructional Design and Technology
After 9 months of fascinating study I’ve completed my MicroMasters in Instructional Design and Technology with the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Learning Experience (LX) will be essential to experience strategy in the coming years; User Experience (UX) relies on an effective end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) enabled by people supported by an Employee Experience (EX) that includes Learning Experiences (LX) which will develop the complex skills they are likely to need to deliver the experiences any organisation offers.
Embedding equality of opportunity and learning into your business model is the only plausible way for most organisations to build skilled, diverse and happy teams without relying heavily on the market to provide.
